By purchasing a GIDDYUPZ product, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. You are solely responsible for ensuring the product is installed correctly, securely, and onto a surface capable of bearing the intended weight and physical stress.

  2. GIDDYUPZ, LLC and its manufacturers (including Hellhound Leather Co.) shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from the improper installation, misuse, or failure of the mounting surface to which the product is attached.

  3. You assume all risk associated with the use of this product.

SECTION 6 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
